Information and Registration

Full Conference Registration Details

Your full registration grants you access to all general sessions, breakout sessions, as well as the Friday and Saturday night receptions and dinners. All meals and snacks are included. The deadline to register is March 31, 2024.

Hotel Accommodation: Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country

Our room block at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country is now is SOLD OUT. If you still need a room, please consider the Courtyard by Marriott. It is about a 3-minute walk to the Conference Room at the Hyatt.

 

Chamber San Mateo County does take a financial risk when securing rooms for this conference. Booking a room at another hotel increases Hyatt’s risk and may result in fewer rooms being booked and higher prices at future conferences. We kindly ask that you book within the group block.

 

Please do not book through websites like Orbitz, Expedia and Travelocity, as these reservations will not count toward the room block commitment and are non-refundable.

Conference Attire

Business casual attire is requested at all conference events and sessions. We advise wearing layers as the temperature in the meeting rooms may vary.

Guest Registration - SOLD OUT

Please register any guests who may be accompanying you to the Progress Seminar and would like to attend one or more of the functions. To register as a guest, they must be accompanying a fully registered attendee.

• Sunday Brunch (Closing General Session): $100

Food Allergies/Dietary Restrictions

Chamber San Mateo County makes its best effort to accommodate all attendees with its menu choices for group functions. When you register for the conference, please share your dietary restrictions to help us prepare accordingly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to Chamber San Mateo County via info@chambersmc.org and received by March 22, 2024, to receive a 90% refund of the cost of registration. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 22, 2024, or for no-shows. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference concludes. Registrations may be transferred to another individual to attend the 2024 Progress Seminar.

Terms and Conditions

Your registration entitles you to admittance to the event for which you have registered. Any and all costs associated with your attendance (i.e. travel and/or hotel accommodations) shall be the attendee’s sole responsibility. No one under the age of 18 shall be admitted to the event. Attendee badges must be worn at all times in event areas.
