Felicia Basques

Felicia Basques is a Bay Area native and currently the Operations Manager for Chamber San Mateo County where she oversees the membership financials, A/R, and supports the CEO in overall operations of the Chamber. Additionally, Felicia assists in managing the Redwood City Improvement Association (RCIA)– the community benefit improvement district for downtown Redwood City. Felicia is an Alum of the Chamber San Mateo County Leadership Program, Class of 2020.

Felicia attended the University of California, Santa Cruz for most of her undergraduate studies, then attended Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont, CA where she graduated summa cum laude and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

Prior to joining Chamber San Mateo County, Felicia spent 12 years in the recycling and solid waste industry, where she developed her business skills and knowledge base. In 2011, she became a certified Master Composter through the County of San Mateo, and completed the Recology Leadership Academy in 2014. 

Felicia serves on the Board of Directors for Footsteps Childcare, Site Council for Footsteps @ Shores, and is the President of the PTA at Redwood Shore Elementary School. In her free time, she loves crafting and spending time with family. Felicia lives in Redwood Shores with her husband Simon, and their two children, Sienna and Rocco.
